Foodie del Mar is a full service catering company, and we offer a range of foodie experiences. Celebrating food, designed to excite and delight and take customers on a journey of unique flavours, fun and creativity. Our foodie focus is on using healthy, sustainable and fresh ingredients, so we can serve incredible delicious foodie experiences every time.

We cater to your needs from
- Event Catering
- Live Food Station - onsite with creative styling for a lunch or dinner service to create a more engaging, interactive, immersive, memorable experience and deeper connection with the food. This is our unique point of difference to the competition with our level of styling and theming of the live food stations to bring to life a themed cuisine onsite. These include a Mex Taco Bar with free flowing flavour packed tacos and chilli con-carne made live by our taco team. A Spanish Station with paella served live in front of guests from the grand pans. An exotic oriental escape with a YumCha bar and towers of bamboo steamers filled with dumplings. A beautiful Italiano experience with our Amalfi menu with a range of classic canapé and the iconic Cacio e Pepe cheese wheel as the main showpiece.
- Canapés - presented by waitstaff roaming across the event space.
- Share Platters - presented to the table service with entree, main and dessert. Note: we have a new menu to be launched and will ensure you have a seat at the table too! Hosting it at Foodie. We want to dial this up more within the Sydney area.
- Grazing Station - grazing stations with a selection of Oceans & Earth Grazing menu theme
- Drinks Service & Cocktail Bar - Live cocktail bar service with standard pour with RSA qualified staff. We can work from an existing bar and also bring in a cocktail bar to suit a theme.
