There are many special locations across our Estate to hold your ceremony including the Circa 1876 Gardens, Chapel, Wisteria Garden and Convent Fountain. Each has its own unique atmosphere and mood, catering for all wedding visions and styles. Circa 1876 Garden ceremonies include pews, with white Tiffany chairs available for the Convent Fountain and Wisteria Garden and cross back chairs for The Chapel.

The Convent is the epitome of luxury and perfect for the finest destination wedding in the Hunter Valley. With four separate locations to choose from across the Estate, impeccable service and innate ability to understand your vision, we will work with you to create a unique celebration for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Circa 1876 is the main wedding reception location and can host from intimate weddings through to weddings of up to 150 guests. Boasting chandeliers, large wooden beans and rustic decor along with the original cottage, this space is magnificent to either keep as its original form or to be styled without limitations.

Overlooking the Wisteria Courtyard at The Convent, Restaurant Eighty Eight offers a relaxed private dining experience ideal for seated lunches or dinners for up to 40 guests.

CIRCA 1876
A short stroll down the tree-lined driveway is Circa 1876, an iconic restaurant located in an historic cottage. Circa 1876 has a strong focus on the “farm to fork” ethos using organic produce that is ethical and sustainable with the vast majority of produce sourced from the Estate’s nearby organic kitchen garden and chicken coop. Adjoined by a charming Champagne Lounge, Circa 1876 provides an ideal space for seated weddings of up to 150 guests.
