The Oasis is a small coastal resort in Port Stephens that offers private venue hire for 3 day weddings with accommodation for up to 50 guests in 9 affordable cabins. There are two outdoor reception spaces at The Oasis. One is a covered deck with four open sides that sits within a magical fairy-lit rainforest. The other is a romantic forest clearing set under a canopy of festoon lights strung between trees.
The Oasis gives you a choice of DIY venue hire or all inclusive wedding packages with BYO drinks. DIY venue hire is priced from $12,500 including one night accommodation in 9 cabins. All inclusive wedding packages are priced from $15,000 and come with the addition of a celebrant and catered reception. Cheaper elopement and micro wedding packages are also available.
The Lodge At Mount Rivers

The Lodge at Mount Rivers is a private 6 bedroom property hidden off-the-beaten-track on a scenic 200 acre farm and with a large front lawn located on the banks of the Peterson River is the perfect location for outdoor weddings. The Lodge is managed by Hunter Events who include on-the-day wedding coordination with all venue hire packages.
