This magical little elopement chapel is situated on a quiet farm stay surrounded by picturesque views over lush green rolling hills. Goosewing Cottage are the founders of all inclusive elopement packages in the Hunter Valley and offer micro wedding ceremonies with 2 - 20 guests in the cute little open air wedding chapel.

Built from the ruins of a 160 year old Catholic Church, St Joseph's is one of the Hunter Valley's most unique wedding churches. Now an Airbnb, the church has 5 bedrooms in the upper two levels and an intimate function area that seats up to 60 guests on the ground floor.
St Joseph's is not your traditional house of worship but rather an incredibly atmospheric location for festive outdoor weddings. The church's private backyard overlooks peaceful country & bush views and caters for up to 100 guests, while the front sandstone door steps provide a wedding altar under the original church bell which still works today. 3. Greystone Estate

With four luxurious dwellings situated on 10 park-like acres in the heart of Pokolbin, Greystone Estate is one of the Hunter's most exclusive wedding venues. The property has its own white wedding chapel providing a beautiful sheltered setting for open air wedding ceremonies. There's also a white reception hall that caters for post-ceremony celebrations of up to 110 guests.
The main house is a large Hamptons-inspired estate with spacious entertaining areas suitable for smaller weddings with 30 - 60 guests. There's a luxe swimming pool on the grounds, a BBQ area, games room and butlers pantry for use by your chosen caterers.

Lovedale Chapel takes pride of place on 27 acres in the centre of Hunter Valley's best vineyards. Overlooking picturesque vines, the private wedding chapel and reception venue welcomes both civil and religious ceremonies, plus has accommodation for 6 in 3 cedar cottages onsite.
Lovedale Chapel is a typical country style church with handcrafted pew seating for 108 guests. It sits adjacent to a modern, light-filled reception hall which has a large deck overlooking the chapel, vineyard and lush green paddocks.
5. Chapel Mon Coeur

Bathed in the Lovedale sunshine and surrounded by stunning views to the Brokenback Ranges, the outdoor Chapel Mon Coeur is the newest ceremony venue in the Hunter Valley. The chapel sits adjacent to the estate's Chardonnay vineyard and offers a unique and elegant location for alfresco wedding ceremonies.
Venue hire packages include everything you need for your wedding ceremony including set up & pack down of all furniture. Should you wish to have your complete wedding day onsite, the friendly staff will organise a marquee for you, with catering according to your requirements.
6. Hunter Valley Gardens Chapel

Hunter Valley Gardens is an iconic wedding destination renowned for beautiful wedding ceremonies and photo locations. The grounds feature a non-denominational wedding chapel that can be hired for ceremonies without having a reception onsite and comes with traditional pews seating up to 150 guests.
Inside the chapel is an elevated altar framed by stained glass windows and modern amenities include air conditioning. Ornamental pear trees decorate the chapel's exterior and there's a beautiful courtyard for guests to retire into offering scenic views over the gardens to Brokenback Mountain.
7. The Convent Chapel

The Convent Hunter Valley has a cute little parish chapel that was originally built in 1888 and has since been restored for intimate wedding ceremonies with up to 40 guests. The historic wedding chapel can also be utilised as a unique reception venue or as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies on the front lawns.
Chapel hire for weddings is included with The Convent's all inclusive wedding packages and comes with a choice of onsite reception spaces and catering options including the chefs hatted Circa 1876 restaurant. The courtyard fountain in front of The Convent's boutique hotel is an iconic location for wedding photos made famous by its many appearances in tv shows.

The Carriage House at Chateau Elan is one of our favourite wedding chapels in the Hunter Valley owing to its light-filled intimate interior and its luxe setting beside the The Vintage golf course. This beautiful wedding chapel was built with convict-cut sandstone and has marries modern surrounds with rich historic charm.
The Carriage House can be hired for wedding ceremonies without an onsite reception and includes a golf buggy providing transport around The Vintage grounds for wedding photos. Chateau Elan has two function rooms that offer all inclusive wedding packages from $165 per person.
9. Peterson House Wedding Chapel

The Peterson House Chapel can also be utilised as a unique reception venue and is capable of seating up to 120 guests on long dining tables. Peppers Creek Chapel features a peaked pergola entry, sandstone construction and side opening doors that provide a beautiful outlook over rows of Merlot grapes and lush rolling hills.
At the same popular address is the Peppers Creek Barrel Room with its iconic Indian elephant doors, 5 metre feature stone fireplace and luxe European styling including high gabled ceilings and gilded wall mirrors. There's also 3 stone cottages that sleep up to 26 guests.

Albion Farm Gardens is a dedicated marriage ceremony venue located on 15 acres of gardens in the Hunter Valley. Hidden in the gardens is a chandelier-lit rustic wedding chapel with brick flooring and log walls giving it the intimate feel of a barn.
Wedding chapel hire starts at $3,300 and includes mid-week access to the grounds for your wedding ceremony and photos. All inclusive elopement packages are also available and The Woodville School of Arts across the road offers DIY receptions.
13. Enzo Wedding Chapel

Enzo Wedding Chapel Hunter Valley is situated on 30 acres of rolling hills and vineyards peppered with majestic Ironbark Trees. Next to the elegant chapel is Enzo's reception venue with high pitched ceilings, luxe chandeliers, sandstone pillars, a centrepiece fire place and glass doors opening onto a paved terrace. La Vigna Estate is the newest wedding chapel in the Hunter Valley and hence has plenty of availability for last minute hire. The modern chapel is crafted from elegant sandstone and seats up to 90 for wedding ceremonies with views over the winery through floor to ceiling windows.
This gorgeous chapel opens onto a reception patio which is a beautiful spot for outdoor dining amongst the 14 acres of vines. The chapel can also be converted into a reception venue while guests enjoy post-ceremony refreshments. Onsite accommodation is in 4 self contained homesteads.
